We operate from our our own local manufacturing workshop in which all our gates and other steelwork are made from raw steel.
For industrial clients security is paramount and all our gates and railings are built and installed to match the level of security required.
The intensity of usage is usually very high and often perimeter entrances need to be wide enough for Heavy Goods Vehicles. Therefore large gates typically 6-12m metres, are built to suitable and safe levels of height, weight and durability.
We offer an on–site Cutting and Welding facility using our own fully qualified and Welder.
To ensure longevity, all steelwork is safeguarded against rust by either zinc priming and then powder coated or hot–dip galvanised and painted.
We ensure that your gates not only look suitable but operate soundly and safely aswell. The engineering behind correct installations is just as important as the manufacturing process. If they are to be automated along with access control then the safety of the system must be maintained under the Machinery Directive 98/37/EC.
We are pleased to coordinate and work alongside other tradesmen working on site to ensure the project is completed effectively and on–time.
Fencing
We offer a complete fencing service with many examples at Schools, Stable yards and industrial premises.
A typical choice for schools and industrial premises is galvanised or colour powder coated Palisade fencing, often used in conjunction matching Palisade gates which can also be built and fitted, with the option to automate with access control aswell. A range of Razorwire/Barbed Wire and Armco Crash Barrier is also available. Please see the Commercial products in our Gallery for examples.
Automatic Rising Barriers
Barriers are available from 2.5m up to 12m openings for private or public car-parks in residential areas or in zones of high passage intensity, using a 24volt total safety system.
Installed with a complete range of assembly accessories such as various section bars, lamps, racks, fixed support and safety devices.
Designed to be installed both to the right and left of the passageway.
Gard – Automatic Road Barriers
Suited for passage clearances of up to 6.5 m, Gard barriers come in three models depending on the passage.The G2500 fast opening model is powered by 230V while the G4000 and G6000 models, even in the special AISI 304 inox steel versions, are fitted with a 24V D.C. operator and suited for intensive use.
Gard 4 – Automatic Road Barriers
Designed for a range of large openings up to 3,75 m / 12,3 ft, the new Gard barriers are the ideal solution for control of roads and parking areas forindustrial and public use.The Gard series is available in the 230V A.C. motor and the 24V D.C.motor versions.
Gard 8 – Automatic Road Barriers
Designed for a range of large openings up to 7,6 m / 24.9 ft, the new Gard barriers are the ideal solution for control of roads and parking areas for industrial and public use.The Gard series is available in the 110V/230V A.C.motor and the 24V D.C. motor versions.
Automatic Rising Bollards
Conceived to ensure security of strategic access against ram-vehicles high security bollards are the answer to the most demanding requirements in terms of access control and impact resistance. Bollards are so solid and reliable that the access will remain closed even when someone tries to force their way through.
The Automatic Rising Bollard sinks into the ground in less than 3 seconds (adjustable) by means of a remote control device (remote control, chip card, digital keypad etc) thus clearing the way for traffic and rises back once the vehicle has passed through. This system is very easy to use and its applications are varied.
Removable, lockable posts and bollards are also available.

Bespoke Ironwork
We are pleased to fabricate special requests for bespoke security ironwork such as: window grills, door grills, roller shutter door security steels. We also offer a service to make premises more secure and resistant to premise break-ins. We can cut and weld on–site for speedy repairs aswell.
